Service-Based Business

The Digital Provider offers digital and professional services, not physical products.

No Return Policy

  • Since services are intangible and customized, returns are not applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only if:

  1. Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction), or

  2. Services were not initiated at all after payment

  3. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

  1. Services already delivered or in progress

  2. Change of mind

  3. Delays caused by client

  4. Third-party tool or ad spend costs

Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  2. Processing time: 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay and bank policies.
