No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or revenue, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Accurate information
Timely approvals
Required access (website, ads accounts, etc.)
- Delays caused due to client-side issues are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All materials created remain our property until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership is transferred unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Website downtime due to third-party services
- Algorithm changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
